Friendship distributes winter clothes in the chars of Chilmari and Kurigram

Chilmari News (January 23, 2012): Friendship distributed winter clothes among the ultra-poor living in inaccessible areas of chars in Chilmari of Kurigram district. With the cooperation of the Dhaka Rotary Club, Friendship distributed blankets among 910 families and sweaters among more than 200 families of Montola, Khamar Bashpatari, Shirajbeg, Bajradiarkhata, Shakhahati, Ramna and Kurigram town under Kurigram district. The Executive Director of Friendship Runa Khan, Marc Elvinger of Friendship Luxembourg, Manager (Field Operation) Rafiquzzaman Pallab and Health Supervisor Shafiyar Rahman were present during the distribution.
