Friendship welcomes Rongdhonu at Chittagong

On 29th August, 2011, Friendship, its well-wishers and friends welcomed the ship Rongdhonu to Bangladesh in Chittagong Port Authority, Marine Ghat at 11:30 am. Rongdhonu, formerly known as Rainbow Warrior II, was a Greenpeace International vessel that has contributed greatly to history through being an integral part of Greenpeace’s campaigns against nuclear testing, whaling and others.

Visit of Crucell’s Fourth Footprint team to Friendship’s working areas

The fourth group of eight participants, drawn from various Crucell sites and departments worldwide, arrived in Bangladesh this weekend. During their trip, from Sunday June 26th 2011 to Friday July 1, 2011, they were to visit NGOs Friendship and Max Foundation.

Kakoli: A case study documentary on reconstructive surgeries

The Emirates Airline Foundation made a documentary on Emirates Friendship Hospital which is run by Friendship, a non-profit organization to help the poorest of the poor of the char areas of northern and southern part of Bangladesh. This documentary covered the whole activities of Emirates Friendship Hospital as how it helps the char dwellers to have their health facilities for absolutely no cost.
